Port Hedland and Bea Bea Rest Area

As we left De Grey we spotted a couple in a bus that we have kept running into at different camps ever since the Bungle Bungles. Frank and Vicki in their big yellow bus, we were all waves as we over took them on our way to Port Hedland, who knows if we will meet again in WA.

We headed to the information centre and the port area to have a look around, we saw a lot of boats, but nothing was being loaded. Headed to the supermarket and stocked up on food, headed out to pretty pool and stocked up on fresh water, and then headed out to Bea Bea reserve for the night before Karijini tomorrow.

At Bea Bea we had a nice little fire and toasted some marshmellows with the kids. It was a great dessert for them and a nice way to end the night, with the moon becoming quite full at this time.
