Rosalee and I at Mindil Beach.
After playing the didgeridoo for school we spent the day hanging around the camp site, with the main plans being hitting Mindil beach markets later in the day. However after some time Nanna, Elijah and I decided to go and refill a gas bottle and hit some more op shops to see if we could find a certain book he was after. We drove along East point and showed Nanna the sights here and eventually had to give up on finding BCF, we hit a few op shops that we hadn’t checked out yet. Low and behold whilst we didn’t find Elijah’s book Nanna found some good silver earings for $3, which on sale at the markets for $30.
The Mindil markets were fantastic great food, entertainment (particularly fire eater & drumming monkeys), and amazing sunset.
Later that night I drove Nanna to the airport to say goodbye and head back to Sydney. It was a great week and all the kids were sad to see Nanna go.
