Today was a big day after making some didgeridoo’s for art for school we headed into Darwin. The first stop was Subway for lunch where we all enjoyed a nice fresh 6 inch. From here we headed to Crocosaurus Cove to see some crocodiles up close and personal. We were able to see, hold and feed a crocodile which was heaps of fun. The hours ticked away and we finally dragged ourselves away at 4pm after seeing an Irish couple in the cage of death.

As it was Nanna’s birthday a few weeks ago we took her out to dinner on Darwin Wharf at Crustaceans which was a lovely restaurant on the end of the wharf, the meals were very generous and delicious to boot. I decided that we might as well finish the day with a little entrée of crocodile.
