Well it finally arrived Amelia’s birthday! She had been waiting a long time for this to happen and she was so happy that the day finally arrived. Rosalee went for a morning run and I got the kids dressed enough to have pancakes in the recreation room at 9am then get back to the caravan to get changed for Sabbath School at Ballarat Church. Rosalee arrived back at 8:45 am and after a super quick shower she was back which gave us exactly five minutes to open presents.

This turned out to be enough time with Marcella handing presents to Amelia and she quickly opening and smiling and putting away for next present, that we were walking to the pancake place by 9:02 am.

There was a big line for the pancakes, but we were quickly enough served a nice generous size pancake, Rosalee had brought the Nutella along so the kids could enjoy, the breakfast took longer than anticipated, however was very enjoyable.

We were on the road at 9:30am a bit late for Sabbath School or so we thought, Rosalee looked up on the net and found that Sabbath School does not start until 9:45am, which was the exact time that we pulled into a car spot in front of the church.

The Kids enjoyed being back in Sabbath School and Elijah was given a junior power point which was great as it was the beginning of the quarter.

After Sabbath School we headed back to the caravan park and had a yummy party lunch with twisties, lollies, snakes, fairy bread and chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert.

It was a warm day at Ballarat so we took advantage of the pool and went swimming again, the kids went back to kid’s club and then a movie and pop corn night after a feed of fish and chips.

Amelia thought her day was fantastic!
